It’s up to you - thanks to its innovative design, the new cross and stripe grill

grate offers you two different grill marks with just one grate.

Depending on which side it is used, the cross and stripe grill grate will either

give your products the classic grill stripes or the popular original American

steakhouse grill marks. The grate is extremely strong and durable. The TriLax

coating has exceptional non-stick properties, supports browning and is

best suited for use at temperatures of up to 300 °C. The grilling products

are simply placed on the cold grate and loaded all at once. Preheating is not

required thanks to the excellent heat conductivity of its special alloy.
