Use the baking side for freshly made or convenience pizza, tarte flambée and traditional flatbread. Withstanding temperatures of up to 300 °C, the excellent heat conductivity gives optimal browning and crispiness every time.
The fine ribbed structure on the grilling side is particularly suitable for grilling vegetables, fish and other grilled products.
