The Scotsman AC Series Gourmet Ice Maker is a self-contained ice maker with a built-in storage bin. Models produce from 25 to 165 kg of ice per day, with 9–70 kg of built-in storage.
Gourmet ice is crystal clear, pure, hard and long-lasting. It is ideal for hotels, fine dining and high-end bars: its fast cooling and slow dilution keep drinks chilled for a long time.
