The Scotsman NU Series Dice Ice Maker is a self-contained ice maker with a built-in storage bin. Models produce from 85 to 139 kg of ice per day, with 20–105 kg of built-in storage.
Dice ice is the classic six-sided cube. Its larger surface for heat exchange gives rapid chilling, making it the perfect solution for quick-service restaurants, cafés, banquets and cinemas.
